Customer agrees to provide Service Provider with reasonable access to the pool area on scheduled service days. If the Customer has given Service Provider access to the pool area on a scheduled service day but Service Provider is unable to access the pool area to perform the service due to circumstances within the control of the Customer (such as locked gates, unrestrained animals, etc.), a minimum callout fee ($ 100) will be charged to the Customer.
Eduardo’s Pool and Spa will make reasonable efforts to contact the Customer in advance if access to the pool area will not be possible due to circumstances within the control of the Service Provider (such as equipment malfunction or technician unavailability).

Customer agrees to pay Service Provider the agreed upon fee for services provided.

Customer agrees to pay Service Provider the agreed-upon fee for services provided within 7 days of the invoice date.
If payment is not received within 7 days, a late fee of $10 per month will be applied until payment is made in full.
If payment is not made after 3 attempts, the account may be forwarded to the debt collection service where the customer will be responsible for paying the collection costs of 18% + GST and any interest charges incurred.
Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if payment is not received on time.
Both parties agree that the service fee will be reviewed annually and may be adjusted by the Service Provider with 30 days written notice to the Customer.

Termination and Renewal

Either party may terminate this agreement upon 30 days written notice.
Service Provider may terminate this agreement immediately if payment is not received on time.
This agreement will automatically renew on a yearly basis unless terminated by either party.

Liability and Insurance

Eduardo’s pool carries liability insurance to cover any damages that may occur during the course of providing services.

Eduardo’s Pool and Spa can only be held liable for the extent of works carried out by us. No liability shall be accepted in respect of defects in existing installations or in respect of parts not manufactured by The Company. The Company shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to property, materials or injuries to individuals caused by the personal actions of the customer or other household members or guests before, during or after such works have been carried out.

Customer agrees to hold Service Provider harmless for any damage or injury that occurs as a result of improper use of the pool or spa.

New customers: Please complete our payment authorization process. A deposit may be required before we start work.

Service charges: The first hour is included. Extra time will incur additional charges.

Chemicals: We can use your existing chemicals if they meet our standards before providing more.

Water level: Keep your pool about halfway up the skimmer box. If the water is too low for us to service, a fee may apply.

Equipment Repairs:

Quoting: We may need to disassemble your equipment for an accurate quote. If you decline repairs, we won't reassemble it.

Fees: Declining our repair or replacement recommendation may result in a $65.00 - $95.00 quote fee. A call-out fee ($150.00) and courier fee ($35.00) may also apply if we've visited your property or sent equipment to a third-party repairer.

Warranty: All our repairs come with a three-month warranty on labor and parts.
