Customer agrees to pay Service Provider the agreed upon fee for services provided.
Eduardo’s pool carries liability insurance to cover any damages that may occur during the course of providing services.
Eduardo’s Pool and Spa can only be held liable for the extent of works carried out by us. No liability shall be accepted in respect of defects in existing installations or in respect of parts not manufactured by The Company. The Company shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to property, materials or injuries to individuals caused by the personal actions of the customer or other household members or guests before, during or after such works have been carried out.
Customer agrees to hold Service Provider harmless for any damage or injury that occurs as a result of improper use of the pool or spa.
New customers: Please complete our payment authorization process. A deposit may be required before we start work.
Service charges: The first hour is included. Extra time will incur additional charges.
Chemicals: We can use your existing chemicals if they meet our standards before providing more.
Water level: Keep your pool about halfway up the skimmer box. If the water is too low for us to service, a fee may apply.
Equipment Repairs:
Quoting: We may need to disassemble your equipment for an accurate quote. If you decline repairs, we won't reassemble it.
Fees: Declining our repair or replacement recommendation may result in a $65.00 - $95.00 quote fee. A call-out fee ($150.00) and courier fee ($35.00) may also apply if we've visited your property or sent equipment to a third-party repairer.
Warranty: All our repairs come with a three-month warranty on labor and parts.
